The mail is acting up too. I'm able to send but sometimes retrieval is impossible. I just switched to Earthlink three weeks ago and now I'm thinking maybe I should have stayed with dialup. Damn, did I just say that? Anyway, I hope these problems get resolved soon.]]></description>

They are just a dealer who sells Time Warner's cable. Time Warner is the one who is causing problems.<br><br>cOntacted Earthlink hundred times already, everytime I call them they transfered me to Time Warner local office.<br>If you really want to complain about do what I did go to better business bureau  web site and file your complaint againts TW.<br><br> ]]></description>

Something is very wrong with my service (Earthlink Cable). My speeds are up and down (they were steady about 2850/360)...now tests show great changes from one to another....(the worst was 1200/16)...I've done nothing....ELNK Website doesn't post any trouble....anyway...any idea what's going on?....anyone at the same status..?]]></description>
