I just looked at my modem's (SB4100) signal page and it shows 31dB for signal to noise ratio..is this within spec?

Sometimes, webpages will hang, then load the rest of the site up. I've been really happy with my connection for the past month or so. I did have some trouble tonight reinstalling my router, but all is good now.

Also, I've been having a lot of trouble with my connection about a few months ago. I thank Insight for all they've done to get everything running correctly. phatTweaker , that would be a good idea to call them if your speeds don't go back up. If someone can get out there and check everything. They may find something that could be causing your low speeds.

I would be on the phone with Insight if it don't speed up soon.
