As far as NOT recommending a reboot, whoever does not reboot and is some how missed by the automatic reboot, will pretty much be stuck in Limbo and most likely knocked offline forcing a call in to get it straightened out anyhow. <br><br>I would recommend a reboot, then check your speeds and document them, If it isnt straightened out by the email date, then call tech support to inquire about the provisioning. <br><br>Cut them a little slack, migration of 1 million customers is bound to have a few problems.]]></description>

<description><![CDATA[<A HREF="/useremail/u/368358"><b>yutznut2</b></A> : I just called the support line and during hold a message came one that indicated that the modems were flashed rmeotely and would require a power off, 30 second wait and power on.  No indication of why outside of a minor indication of a blurb about improving the security of the modems or something.  If you call the support number, you should hear this.  I checked in at about 1000 EST today Oct 9 03.]]></description>
