I've been with pacbell/sbc for a couple years now and seem to be having slow connection as of late, as well as you described. <br><br>I used to get like 1100kbps, now the past month or so I've been getting 500-700. It's awful and I hope the SBC tech I'm speaking with on these forums can help me out.<br><br>Leaving the modem on or off will not make a difference. Hope this helps]]></description>
