This new speed is free and no extra charge  just another reason to leave dsl and come to cable based service.<br><br>(just because you think your in the humble area you might not be considered to be by timewarner so don't be suprised if you dont' have the speed just yet)<br><small>--<br>I came here to chew bubblegum and kick ass...
