If the typical PC user cannot be expected to take normal precautions to protect from worms, virii, etc, then they should not be using a PC.<br><br>When a youngster, my father trained me in the precautions of using a firearm before he even let me use one. <br><br>I am not saying there should be some sort of licensing to use a PC. I'm just saying users need to be more informed and knowledgeable before using a tool. There is no excuse really.<br><br>It's much like an auto manufacturer issuing a safety bulletin on your new vehicle and not taking it in for repair when you know it exists. As much as I dislike Microsoft, they cannot really be held accountable for this instance since a patch has been available for some time.]]></description>
