This splash screen runs off of the VetTray service, which also controls scheduled scan and signature download jobs, so it cannot be disabled.<br><br>I do appreciate your suggestion, the ability to disable this splash screen is in the plans for a future release of EZ Antivirus. In my many years as a Windows kernel programmer, I've had to "fix" my product that would crash due to poor implementations in other product's drivers. It is not uncommon for one product to expose a long standing bug in another more popular product...
