I just went threw all this again by the way...and the messege said the same thing....but I mentioned the Ohio deal to the person I talked to, he said they are still working on it...they just about got it solved....but some areas might still have problems...but they are working like crazy on it. Hope thats good news for you guys in Ohio......So, I went and bought a SB5100 and I'm now running on that...I'll see if I notice any difference, but it kicked right off here in Pa. with no problem.]]></description>

I was thinking the problem was just eBay but it seemed to be everything after a while and there was some packet loss.<br><br>I'm still getting some timeouts but not as bad as it was, still annoying. I can't run a line quality test because my router won't respond to pings, but I don't need to do that to know something changed.
