<description><![CDATA[<A HREF="/useremail/u/178206"><b>gdio53</b></A> : I also have tried many weather programs, but by far, I like Weather Pulse the best.  Free (always important) very low system resource requirements, no nags, spyware, etc., easily customized, clean interface, and the list goes on.  Even when they had problems with one of the beta releases, they worked hard to fix the issues and posted "unreleased" betas in their forum.]]></description>
