Besides the rolling blackouts we also had our rates raised by 200% at one time.<br><br>That already sounds like your average broadband provider to me.  What's the point of powerline broadband if it isn't stable and cheap. Any Californian that signs up for this is clearly not thinking properly.]]></description>
