I then sent an e-mail to customer service asking if it was available at my house, they sent back saying "Yes" call this number and set up an appointment. I all ready have digatal cable so I logged in under my account and ran the check and it came back avalible. I also ran the check just using the zip code and selecting the related area and it came back avalible. Try it one of the ways I described and see what happens.
