Other people out there just like you who are so clouded by your beliefs that you can't see society has essentially dictated broadband to be a necessity. Broadband is a commodity. While lack of broadband may severely disrupt your lifestyle and comfort, it does not pose any fundamental threat to well-being.
In a state of emergency such as a storm knocking out the grid for several days or even weeks at once, your broadband will do you little good without power to recharge your wireless gadgetry and cell towers. Most people would be far more concerned about having power for heating, cooling, cooking and lighting than broadband. |
