Heh, it sure is. Still working from the looks of things. Waves don't look as bad as I was thinking of, but still pretty nasty for even the lightest bit of boating. |

No, he got rid of his "party barge" that you could live on if you wanted/needed to.
Keep in mind those waves are on Hudson river in a sheltered harbor almost half way up Manhattan, so areas further down the coast have to be much worse, especially in areas with out breakwaters.
