LTE connectivity

If Sprint LTE was available anywhere this isn't a horrible option. I have gone back and forth about have CDMA/LTE connectivity on a tablet device, from what I've heard people like having the ability without having to tether their phone.

I just don't know if I can really justify the increased cost of the tablet as well as the $10 extra a month on Verizon's plan.

The approach I've taken is to have the tablet on one carrier (VZW) and the phone on another (Sprint). If one network is significantly better than the other in an area, I can tether one to the other (I don't have tethering enabled on my Sprint account for the whole month).

As for whether LTE has been worth $129 extra upfront for my third-gen iPad, I'll go with a provisional "yes" since VZW LTE has allowed me to do work where I normally wouldn't be able to, and the ability to scale my monthly fee with data usage (with no contract) requirement has been a plus.
