It's so good there is no reason for any other choice. So there isn't. unlike Verizon, you are not forced into a shared data plan on AT&T. |

It's so good there is no reason for any other choice. So there isn't. I looked at it and was horrified. I think it may be a good option for a family with a number of non-smartphone devices but they really screw you over bad on smartphones. |

| reply to Mike I spoke with an AT&T wireless rep about non-shared vs. shared plans.... If you have 5 smart phones or more, shared is the way to go. If you have less (we have 3 smart phones and a "dumb" phone) you can save significant $. Granted you sacrifice FaceTime over cellular, tethering, unlimited cell to POTS calls. Those aren't deal breakers for us, so before taxes and fees, we save about $30/month on our non-shared plan versus the equivalent shared data plan. |

I think it may be a good option for a family with a number of non-smartphone devices but they really screw you over bad on smartphones. I actually feel opposite. While the pricing isn't great for smartphones, the price for non-smartphones is ridiculous. $30/mo for a non-smartphone that uses no data? That's pathetic. |
