Wrong. Overage charges kill goodwill and beget turnover - Mom cancels the whole account and/or learns about prepaid. With iPhone customers worth at least $2K/each, no company is looking to offend over $10/gb; they want your $120/month and your two-year renewal.
Only Sprint has officially fired customers, and they paid for it. |
