It takes the signal a certain amount of time to travel back and forth between the satellite in the sky and the ground. Sure, the latency sucks. At least give a reasonable cap, then. Give the users options of 100, 300, and 500GB caps. 20GB is pathetic.

| There is only a finite amount of bandwidth available from their satellites. And launching additional satellites requires years of planning and millions of dollars of investments as well as regulatory approval. They don't have the capacity to be able to offer bigger caps unfortunately. | | |

If that were the case, why not lower their packet priority instead of slowing them down to 128k for the rest of the month if they go over their cap?
