Oh you would think so. Me & dad both have bad checks that were sent to collection agencies on our credit reports. The places listed we've never wrote checks to and never given our SSN to.

I had something like that happen to me in the past. Actually, I had Comcast trying to collect from me in a town that I had never lived in. I had to show THEM proof that I never lived at the address or they were going to send it to collections. Weird world we live in when that's how things work.
