Um, this is total bullshit.. Hell maybe a gas station should start a "you didn't fill up" fee of $10.00's next... I mean seriously, why not? If this is allowed, heck, I might start charging people to drive by my house and enjoying the view of the woods around me...

Stupid overly abused cronie capitalist greed (buying laws to make sure you don't have any competition so you can get away with crap like this ).. Makes normal fair capitalism look bad...
