They needed someone who knows the operations, so Hesse is nominally in charge. But you are right - he won't make any of the strategic decisions from now on - he will be a puppet.

| He may know the operations, but he could easily be replaced as well. He could make him train his replacement and bring in someone from their own company, and that they trust. |
