1 edit | The Constitution of the United States of Amerika Clearly states that the government can make up or change the rules as they go along and can make any rules that they make up or change retroactive to any point in time. Unfortunately, you, the average citizen have no way of knowing this because although it is used to rule your lives, it has been classified a "secret" document, so YOU are not allowed to see it. It really wouldn't matter if you could see it, as it changes daily as needs arise anyway.
