Now it's up to congress to change it.Seeing how they're jointly paid by both the government and the telecos, I doubt anything will happen.
Oh, I'm sure something will happen. Unfortunately my Magic 8-Ball only comes up with "it'll just get worse". Best government (corporate lobbyist) money can buy....--I may have been born yesterday, but I've spent all afternoon downtown.
