Re: DOCSIS 3 customers are screwed at the moment you may want to check with support... i could not confirm this statement but someone on reddit claims the published list is limited, but they may allow other modems as well, so it does not hurt to ask. just don't get your hopes up... people are reporting other misstatements being made by ill prepared TWC employees, such as scheduling a premise visit to pick up your old leased modem (unneeded), or that you can't use a docsis3 modem on a docsis2 lower speed service (untrue). |
