This week they put up a "temporary tower" 4G...according to the tech I talked to - the one working on raising the tower - at the New Windsor water tower pad above the town.
I think they turned it on yesterday...I don't have a 4G device but my 3G speed is back to what it was when I first got Sprint in 2008.
