Verizon FiOS passes half as many homes and has more fiber subscribers than Uverse. Dummies.
I think you're correct. God, I just wish we could get past the $$$$$ issues and do things that are right for humanity and that better people as a whole. We need to be thinking about the long term future of our species too.
