Let me be a bit more concise: I don't claim to be an expert on patents. For that matter, IANAL. But I know something is ludicrous when I see it; and there's no way that a rectangle with a rounded edge is a logical patent. If it is, then whoever made this logo right here has got problems ahead of them (Despite predating the iPhone).
