Re: Customer interaction The fact that, if they don't offer really attractive rates in FiOS areas, there won't be many CV customers in those areas, while the same isn't true in areas where Verizon only has DSL.
At least you aren't in an area where you've got Comcast outside of FiOS territory. Right now Comcast's mid-tier speeds are double the speed for the same amount of money in FiOS areas vs. not. You wanna talk about customer satisfaction etc., there's your case in point. Then again, where Comcast competes against CenturyLink...well...they don't have much competition. |
