Not only 3rd party call centers... but in their own call centers they are using outside employment agencies and paying the new hires way less than the people they hired on with their own HR staff. Any way to save a buck and make those numbers. 8 min or less per sub per call, low wages, career ladder that makes it next to impossible to move out of the call center into some other position within the company. Its Comcastic all right.
