What you are really saying is it's just find for hackers to release personal information even though we don't have to have any real proof that these criminals really stole the data from the FBI.

As long as it is not your information that's being released it's a perfectly acceptable action.

We'll set aside for now that a list of UUIDs is a privacy threat, about equal to a list of License Plate numbers.

The question of what the FBI does and does not have can be easily solved by having the agency become meaningfully transparent to US citizens.
