Now really... as we paid that money and got something for it. So at that point, it's all even. Granted, the judgement could increases prices.

The _real_ winners are the thousands of attorneys and their support staff being paid! But it's all good as those people have families.

These judgements will increase prices if companies are successful in taking out competitors. Prices will inevitably go up in a market dominated by fewer and fewer players.
