Palo Alto, CA | Patent Exhaustion Ridiculous. If chip makers do not indemnify the buyers of their LTE chips, then what's the use of getting a license from Samsung? No one is going to buy chips from Intel or Qualcomm if Samsung is just going to turn around and sue them.

Apple started this crap. If Apple didn't sue Samsung none of this would be happing. I'm happy Samsung will give Apple a taste of it's own medicine. Let's see how more IPhones Apple sells when they're limited to 3G. |

Actually they don't tell you what you need and don't need. They just don't give it to you and you are left to presume that you don't need it. That way, they are never wrong. |
