Re: Make him pay said by Chubbysumo: hes a poor college student, he has no assets. A now he never will, because he failed one of the most basic lessons almost everyone gets drummed into them as little kids
"You don't take other peoples stuff, because it's not right. don't do it or you will be punished."
I could list a dozen more ways it is said to you both before and after you reach school age, at home, at church, at nursery school, on playgrounds. But for those that believe it's cool, or the odds of getting caught are so small, or they are above the law, will eventually have to learn, it is wrong! and those that do get caught WILL feel the pain. and have to do without until they pay in full. |

|
tshirtPremium,MVM join:2004-07-11 Snohomish, WA kudos:3 | Not if you paid (even $0, if that was the posted price) that Amazon demanded, and as long as amazon is a legal source, a given artist could say "give it away, but never on AMAZON" and get that enforced. |

| said by FBGuy:it's not theft. stop it. I did not say THEFT... I said "before using others property without permission" it doesn't have to be theft to be illegal to use in that manner, and have legal and financial value, and therefore have legal and financial penalties for the improper use of it.
Because you obviously can't or don't choose to understand the law, for you we'll keep it simple, "You don't take other peoples stuff, because it's not right. don't do it or you will be punished." |

ThalerPremium join:2004-02-02 Los Angeles, CA kudos:3 | Uh, if you take someone to court for theft, and their crime was copyright infringement...you'll find your case thrown out in a very short amount of time. |

This is not theft, in real life or in court. |
