WOW, from 265 GB down to 15GB??????? WTH! Just long enough for you to get into a netflix series or start watching stuff on hulu. then month 9, HUGE bill shocker. I thought ISPs were working on the "bill shock" issue??????
So trick question, if everyone in a area gets business class internet (no caps) and everyone pays there bills. Does the ISP need to worry about "rationing" bits and bytes?????
