Bell does this every year

Conveniently, I also tend to move in September, so I sign up for this for 8 months, and then flee over to a third party ISP afterwards.

I got this offer as soon as I saw it (I always read the fine print, as I am a Bell customer for over 10 years ... you learn things with experience :P)
I desperately needed this as I exceed my bandwidth limit or get 1GB close to exceeding every single month. I remember several months where I restrict my family to just browsing during the last week of the cycle.

btw, you don't have to be a student to get this offer ... if you are a long time customer and speak to the loyalty department nicely (and if they don't agree then speak rudely, eventually saying you will disconnect and they will let you take the offer)
When I look at my bandwidth tracking meter now its like a dream come true ... If only I can have 400GB every month, I will never need to check my bandwidth usage.

But what the hell is up with the "limited time offer" ... how can someone have the need of 250GB for only 8 months and then settle for something multiple times less from the 9th month. It just doesn't make any sense.
People in USA, UK and even India laugh at the prices we pay in Canada for internet and the ridiculous bandwidth limits we have. Shame on Bell and Rogers for treating us like this.
