| Restrictions? I wonder if there will be a lawsuit about this method of contribution allowing to skirt restriction on non-citizen contributions (see »www.fec.gov/ans/answers_general.···ntribute ). Unless carriers will have to verify eligibility somehow, by more than texting back "Are you a citizen? Text Yes".
