Re: is the spectrum even worth anything? The FCC is as useless as a pile of crap. Period. End of sentence. I can't even remember when they had a y balls to go after and/or enforce an REAL requirements that actually had any teeth. Sure, they will fine a company from time to time, but for what? A small infraction, and probably only for publicity to make it look they are worth something. Bigger infractions get sent to court, and ultimately get dismissed anyway.
The FCC is OWNED buy the companies they are supposed to regulate. |
