Re: So will people who already have an "unlimited" pla I doubt it, as customers with data plans before they changed the TOS 5 or so years ago still actually have full unlimited to this day.  | That is not true at all. I had the fully unlimited, but when they switched to the throttling BS, they also switched my plan WITHOUT a plan change by me. I will be pissed if they don't switch me back to unlimited. -- I'm not going there to die. I'm going there to see if i really am alive. |

| They shouldn't have been able to switch your plan. These tos was around 2004 or so. Any upgrades, plan changes, addons since then agreed to the new tos.
