I doubt it, as customers with data plans before they changed the TOS 5 or so years ago still actually have full unlimited to this day. It's when you upgrade or switch you lose it and had the soft cap applied, because you have to agree to the new tos.

That is not true at all. I had the fully unlimited, but when they switched to the throttling BS, they also switched my plan WITHOUT a plan change by me. I will be pissed if they don't switch me back to unlimited.

They shouldn't have been able to switch your plan. These tos was around 2004 or so. Any upgrades, plan changes, addons since then agreed to the new tos. Im talking waaay grandfathered customers.
