| Good riddance! I find everything about this concept repulsive - from the shitty video quality, to the lag, to the complete and utter control it gives the game publisher over my experience. The fact that you can't "own" what you play on the service, the fact that you can't use modifications, cheats, trainers... no customization at all.
An AWFUL, AWFUL idea and I hope it never catches on. Can you imagine if this service had gotten popular enough so that games were released exclusively to it? *shudder*

Why should you OWN it? That like saying you're mad that you can't own any of the movies you watch on Netflix. You clearly never understood the concept of OnLive. |

for $8 you should able to have copies of 1000's of movies? 4 blu-ray movies= 1 year of Netflix.
Here's another example. First 4 seasons of Breaking Bad on blu-ray $116( price at walmart.com )
OR I can get 14 months of Netflix which includes the first 4 seasons of Breaking Bad for $112. |
