| Delay, what delay? Dish should make like AT&T and Comcast and buy their Waiver from the FCC. Granted it didn't work out so well for AT&T and it's failed attempt at buying T-mobile. But for the rest of the time it seems to work just fine.
I'm sure the FCC has a place where the briefcase filled with "vig" could be left. Then the next day the waiver would be approved.
I'm not suggesting, nor would I suggest, that US government agencies weren't for hire. Apple, FBI, protype Iphone.
No way, are our agencies at the beck and call of corporations.
I'm just suggesting that Dish should leave a donation for the FCC, is all.
