Since that tier is considered a "Business Class" tier, maybe a small business owner who feels that internet is needed to conduct business but has no other options? |

well Excede is less than half the price as that hughesnet plan and you get 12Mbps instead of 5. So why would you get the $300 hughesnet plan? |
