I understand what you and they are trying to say, however Free is not how it should be described. Bottom line is you the customer are still paying for it one way or another, they would have little to no complaints from me if they would have worded it " unlimited grace periods" or something along those lines but "Free" my good man, it is not.

Their claim is fine, and completely clear to anyone with more than a handful of working brain cells. |
