I'll take Verizon's UNCAPPED FiOS offerings over Comcap any day! This new connection has the potential to rack up $20,000 in "overage fees" in just one month under Comcap's new 300 GB cap/$10 per 50 GB Internet overcharging scam.

Seriously why is it anyone’s concern what they legally or illegally do with their connection?

But here, use github to do push/pull on large projects and you see how fast you run out bandwidth.
There a legal use on a residential line.
