If unlimited usage were offered after 12PM by other ISP's then software developers could add a feature to applications so that user could schedule their software updates when usage was not charged against their CAP (allotment). Leave computer on and schedule all updates to be automatically uploaded during free period. No excuse regarding protecting customer experience after 12 Midnight.
