 | Thats not really a channel lineup? At the link that's not really a channel lineup. What number are things on? Are they HD or SD? That's more like a pamphlet or DirecTV vs. Dish commercial. Anyone can throw channel logos on a website and call it marketing. Really though, what channel number is some of these and at what quality level? |
|
 | Keep navigating the site and you will see the lineup. It has most of the popular channels people look for, but not all. |
|
 | I see a "see the full list" button and in there it just shows a bunch of channel logos sorted alphabetically.
I was looking for channel numbers. Are they all HD channels? Are some HD and some SD? Are they all on the same number? Do they just broadcast HD and let the box downconvert it for SDTV's? Or are they on crazy seperate numbers like Ch 10 for NBC and 1010 for NBC HD?
Hopefully its all HD and one number to remember. Then all the old people stop putting on the wrong channel number and blow up SD on their HDTV's. That's the biggest gripe with Cable. At least the DBS providers let you hide SD duplicates and map HD to the same number. |

 | I'm betting it will be both standard and high def options just like the rest of the providers. There are some people out there still non-HD afterall. Since this service is just in the "put me on the sign up list once you're ready to deploy" stage I'll give the benefit of the doubt on the lack of HD channel specifics until it's time to order. |
