well in this case you have no choice but to seek other routes. Even if you have to use illegal streams the MLB is denying you the ability to watch legally via local channels. Aereo I think is only available in NYC... not that a proxy and lying about the address can't solve that.
I understand that they are only in NYC currently. But I think the law suits are trying to head off further roll out for the reasons I posted. The game was just a single example. There are a lot more.
