2 edits | Moto SB6120 Speeds suddenly stuck at slow speeds...again I had posted a few months back after I initially started using WOW as my ISP and Cable provider. The same issue appears to be happening. Perhaps my MAC address isn't being recognized as a Motorola device (I believe this was the problem originally). My speeds aren't stuck specifically at 8/1 like there previously, but they are well below the 50/5 that I subscribe to. The best I've seen my speeds in the past few days are maybe 12/3.
WOW_Dan, I hope you're around today to take a look if you have the time. Last time it seemed to be a quick fix on your part.
