For example, say Comcast was charging you $150 a month for a TV/Internet Bundle but then you found a promotional TV/Internet Bundle from Verizon for $100 a month. Someone who switches from Comcast to Verizon under those circumstances would be counted in subscriber losses for Comcast but that person isn't a cord-cutter either.
