I've dealt with them often. Missing shipments have been replaced no hassle. One refund instance went well. Patience is required. Only reason to hesitate recommending to a friend is that I know what I am looking at, someone else may see what they want to see instead of carefully reading. -- Those that charge less for their work understand what their work is worth!
