I have the much older Netgear XE104 and if you mean whether or not powerline adapters can be used in a IPv6 network then the answer is definitely yes (since they are bridging ethernet frames and don't care what higher level protocols you may be using).

However if you mean managing the adapters (e.g. changing password) with IPv6 then the answer is probably no.

I have some Netgear Powerline Adapters forget exactly which model but they are the 200mbps versions and they will pass IPv6.

TBH I don't think they even use IPv4 for management, the program sniffs them out on the network and uses some other means of communication.
