Seen Rocky on the phones when I was there actually. And he even had a irate caller that he had to deal with during the big bell outage.

Just funny, the guy didn't believe that he was Rocky. And the guy still wanted someone higher up.
I still remember rocky saying"well the only person that is higher then me is my wife" I may be off on the exact wording, since it was a long time ago, But still cracks me up today.

I've worked for quite a few ISPs in my life and can honestly say that TekSavvy is still by far the better ISP to be a customer of and/or to work for.

I'm one of the few "original" employees and the reality is that I believe that the percentage of satisfied customers is still very much the same as it used to be...it's just that now we have 10-20x as many customers and whenever something does go wrong...well yes everyone starts talking about it.

In fact, I think I can dare to say that the company as a whole is better than it has ever been. No, I'm not pulling this out of my ass to make it sound like a "corporate-o-sound-good" statement....I really do believe it.

Sure...I haven't been posting in the forum as I used to, but I can assure you that I've been here and listening and that I hear you.

I agree with Gabe,

Teksavvy is a great company, just wished the Big three would not try to make things so hard and frustrating for them.

As we used to try everything we could to get the clients happy and online at all time, but some times bell or rogers would drag there feet, but that's business with the big three.

Oh and Gabe, we need a rematch on starcraft again. I think i might be able to win a game now

for the record, i would gladly come back to TSI. Im actually wearing the hat and shirt right now.. I wonder what it would be like to have the night staff back in for a shift. would we get any work done, or would we make the current employees look like a joke.

Thats cooll i like training. martin you would not belive the stuff im doing now. microtik and ubuiquity in northern ontario, the muskoka lakes area. im doing phone and wireless net to famous people in multi mill cottages. ill be doing paul coffee's services tomorow
